An honest ceramic entry with accessories included: a good start without spending Joe Jr money.

- Fibreglass gasket seal and thick deflector included
- 3-in-1 cooking: direct, indirect and smoking for small groups
- Light for ceramic: repositioned on the terrace without help
- Lifetime warranty on the ceramic body
- Bundle with ash tool, cover and recipe book
Cons
- 40 cm caps big groups and whole cuts like brisket or turkey
- Budget ceramic more chip-prone than premium bodies
- Official Spanish support and spares not well established
- The included deflector and accessories are functional but mid-grade
For you if…
Couples, small terraces and anyone who wants to try real ceramic without a premium-brand outlay. The bundle covers a deflector, ash tool and cover from day one.
Not for you if…
If you cook for more than five or want to smoke big cuts, 40 cm is too small: step up to the Media or Grande. Also not for those who demand official European support.

Versatile lump charcoal: in a small chamber it goes a long way, so one sack lasts a whole season of cook-for-two.
€35

VANKEY Half-Moon Ceramic Heat Deflector (Kamado Joe Classic, single piece, 38×19×1.4 cm)
Half-moon deflector for indirect heat: essential if you want pizza or smoking in the Minimo's 33 cm.

Inkbird IBT-4XS Bluetooth thermometer

FAQ
How many people does the 40 cm Bono Minimo serve?
It is the compact size of the range, with about a 33 cm grate: ideal for a couple or 2-3 diners and for small terraces or balconies. If you regularly host four or more, the 51 cm Media will spare you cooking in two batches. The Minimo shines for how fast it heats and how little space it takes.
Is it suitable for a balcony or small terrace?
Yes — it is one of the few kamados that fits a balcony without swallowing the space. That said, it makes real smoke (it is live coals), so respect your building rules and keep distance from walls and awnings. The ceramic runs much cooler on the outside than a steel kettle, but do not push it against a PVC enclosure.
Can I make pizza in the Minimo?
Yes, and very well: the ceramic easily reaches 300-350 °C for a Neapolitan. You need a deflector for indirect heat and a cordierite stone that fits the 33 cm grate — measure before buying. Personal pizzas come out perfect; for a 35 cm family pie you will be short on diameter.
