Before you write

What we do

We review kamados, pizza ovens and accessories sold in Spain, and write guides and recipes to get the most out of them. If you have spotted a wrong figure on a page — a dimension, a weight, a historical price, a claim about the warranty — send me the link and I will fix it as soon as I have checked it.

What we don't do

We don't sell anything and we don't handle orders, shipping or returns: purchases happen on Amazon or at the manufacturer's store, and any issue with an order is solved with them. I don't appraise second-hand kamados either, nor recommend a specific model without knowing your use, your space and your budget; that is what the buying guides and the calculator are for.

If you represent a brand and want us to test a product, tell me what it is, where it is sold in Spain and your timeline. Reviews are neither paid nor negotiated: the product goes back or is disclosed, and the verdict stands. For press, I answer questions about kamados, live-fire cooking and the Spanish market.
