NaturBraza is a marketplace brand: it sells marabu charcoal under its own name on Amazon.es, where its listing has been live since November 2025 with NaturBraza named as the manufacturer. We have found no official website, no country of origin and no verifiable history behind the name, and its own listing does not say where the wood comes from. What it does publish is the basics: charcoal made only from marabu wood, no additives, sold as a pack of two 5 kg bags, with the usual promises of long-burning embers, reduced smoke and little ash.

For a kamado cook that means buying the product, not the brand. Marabu is a dense wood that gives a compact, short-flamed charcoal well suited to long cooks with the vents almost shut, and the catalogue has few alternatives of that kind. But a brand with no track record offers no guarantee of consistency from bag to bag, nor the figures for piece size or ash content that more established charcoal makers do publish. We treat it as exactly what it is: plain marabu charcoal, correct on paper and still unproven.
