Naisfei

Naisfei is a marketplace brand with no verifiable public history: it shows up on Amazon with smoking accessories, and little more can be added without inventing it. Its product here is a cold-smoke generator tube in 304 stainless steel, perforated across its whole surface, open at one end for loading pellets or chips and closed at the other.

Inside a ceramic it adds smoke without adding heat, which is exactly what cold-smoking cheese or salmon asks for, or what reinforces aroma on a long low-temperature cook. A kamado is very airtight, so you need to leave enough draught or the tube simply goes out. A warning: the Amazon listing classifies it as an «electric» product; it is not, it is a passive part, with no electronics and no spares.
