Fiskars

Fiskars is a brand of cutting tools and kitchen and garden utensils, and it appears as the manufacturer on the Amazon listing for its poultry shears. The Fiskars Group corporate website gives its founding year as 1649 and places its head office in Espoo (Finland). It is, then, a house with centuries of trade behind it, although what matters to us here is what each listing publishes rather than the brand's history.

It enters this catalogue with a single product, the Functional Form 1003033 poultry shears, which we have not tested: what we say about them comes from the Amazon listing. That listing, incidentally, gives one country of manufacture in the bullets and a different one in the details table, so we attribute the making of these shears to no country; where the brand is headquartered is another matter. We treat Fiskars as a well-known maker of hand tools, with no more guarantees than each listing publishes.
